Do not panic! Please follow the aftercare instructions that we will provide you with once your device has been treated. These instructions include drying the device as much as possible, powering down the unit (if it is not an emergency and you do not need to make a call), removing the battery and battery cover if possible and not restarting the device until it has fully dried. Please also note that it is very important not to charge your device for at least 24 hours or until it has dried out completely. Devices that have experienced heavy water exposure will take time to dry before the features become fully functional again.

The time it takes for your device to be returned to you depends on which Liquipel option (Standard or Priority) and which shipping option (Ground, 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air) you choose during checkout. The Standard Liquipel option guarantees that we will treat your device within three to five business days of receiving it and ship it back out to you. The Priority Liquipel option guarantees that we will treat your device within one to two business days of receiving it and ship it back out to you. Please also note that when you purchase shipping during checkout you are purchasing the return shipping only. When you take your device into the shipping carrier of your choice to send it to Liquipel, you will be responsible for covering the cost of shipping to us as well.
