Liquipel™ understands that most of the customers are not local and therefore will be shipping their device to headquarters. It is further recognized that if a customer delays shipping their electronic, Liquipel™ will not be held responsible for any type of delay. Return shipping times are the customers’ responsibility to designate during the checkout process. Please remember it must be shipped to us, treated, and then returned to you the customer. We recommend you get insurance if you feel it’s necessary as we are not responsible for lost devices caused by carriers.
