Liquipel™ Limited Warranty Rights

Except as otherwise specifically provided herein, we make no representations or warranties, express or implied, including, to the extent permitted by applicable law, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, about our coating material or application process or about your device.

Liquipel™ is a unique coating that is meant to protect your electronic device from damage resulting from accidental and incidental exposure to water. WE NEVER SUGGEST OR RECOMMEND THAT YOUR DEVICE MAY COME IN CONTACT WITH WATER OR ANY OTHER TYPE OF LIQUID. We do not warrant that the coating of your device will work perfectly or that it will work under all conditions.

We warrant that the coating will be applied to your device in accordance with our design specifications and that neither the coating material nor the application process will damage your device. We are not responsible for any damage which may occur to your device, including, but not by way of limitation, through your use or misuse of your device or during shipping to or from our coating facility.

Registration of Warranty Rights

To protect and preserve your warranty rights, you must register your device on the Liquipel™ website, unless applicable law specifies otherwise. Online purchases of Liquipel™ coating will automatically be registered during the check out process. Direct retail purchases of Liquipel™ coating must be completed by you on the Liquipel™ website. Failure to register your device voids any warranty rights that you may have.

Waivers and Limitations of Liabilities

You and we both agree to limit claims against each other for damages or other monetary relief to direct damages. This limitation and waiver will apply regardless of the theory of liability. That means neither of us will try to get any indirect, special, consequential, treble or punitive damages from the other. This limitation and waiver also applies if you bring a claim against one of our suppliers, to the extent we would be required to indemnify the supplier for the claim. You agree that we are not responsible for problems caused by your acts or the acts of others, or by any act of God.

If your device should be exposed to water or any other liquid, please contact Liquipel™ Customer Service and/or visit our website at: www.Liquipel.com for “after exposure” guidelines. Failure to follow the “after exposure” guidelines may further limit any warranty rights described herein.
